The US Military has allowed the usage of Social Networking Websites like Twitter in their Campus, because they feel that these kind of Social network s allows the militants to spread their activities among the people like their efforts in the earthquake of Haiti and these kind of things would obviously make the people aware that they are working and providing the things that are desired to deliver. Twitter is not just for civilians but militants also keep track of their associates.
